Who We Are

John Milburn is an experienced and talented consultant, facilitator, and trainer who specializes in improving interpersonal and organizational communication and performance.  He has extensive experience with clients from government, education, and private industry.  He has worked with organizations such as superior courts, community colleges, call centers, and logistics, providing customized consulting and training services.  He is an expert at creating and delivering a strategic planning process that results in meaningful and actionable plans. 

John holds a Psychology M.A. in Organization Development and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  

Patti Coffman has spent most of her adult life helping others succeed.  Her background includes extensive business experience in training and facilitation.  She is bilingual and an expert facilitator.  She has a well-rounded background including volunteering for the Peace Corps in Chile, teaching art in Texas high schools, and owning and operating her own private school.  She has spent the last two decades developing and delivering customized training, strategic planning, and coaching programs and services for Contel (now GTE/Verizon), the California Community College system and many more public and private organizations.  She is also an experienced technical writer including grant and curriculum writing and development. 

Patti holds a B.A. degree in Fine Arts and an M.A. in Education.

Jennifer Badasci is a trained facilitator and recorder with more than seven years experience with strategic planning facilitation for private and public sectors.  She is experienced in large and small group facilitation, event recording, and report development.  She has excellent communication skills and specializes in education and youth development.  Her background includes working in small business and professional corporate environments where she concentrated on process analysis and improvement.  She is a published writer and accomplished layout and design specialist. 

Jennifer holds a B.A. in English Literature and a B.A. in Philosophy (May 2009).
